thomas_turk 0 Posted October 7, 2007 The frame is too noisy for this shot. If you were to frame a painting, you wouldnt chose it, as it detracts from the subject. This frame, out of focus would have softened it up., so that the main subject , the 4 ladies would be more prominent Lighting does not do anything for this shot. The pix would have been dramatic with some strong light on the figures, that light correctly exposed and the rest a little darker, for balance and drama. Usual wishy washy bland digital attempt at color. Fujichrome of the same shot would have been a wow. I guess the comment on the over-saturation comes from somebody already conditioned by drab digital non-colors. Link to comment
