Hello Joseph. Evidently you are a masters of portrait. Sensational image where the expressions of their faces and hands, are their greater value. Very good work. Congratulations. Best wishes. Vicente.

Joseph Hi. One more great portrait. Perfect skin tones in blue background. Expressiveness in faces and hands. Nice composition too. Best regards. Yannis.

A very touching photo, Joseph. We can just sense her exhaustion - and/or disappointment. Very well seen and executed. Regards, Barb

One heck of a portrait - I think I see disappointment, fatigue and love written here. Dreams dashed for the moment but they still have each other. And there is that delicate light - an excellent thread running through the fine fabric of your portraits. 7/6 when you submit it. Congrats.

8 Oct: I have now rated it 7.6 as promised.

Beyond the excellent portraiture, every element in this photo tells a story. Each portion is tense and tender all at once. I think you've done an exceptional job here conveying the moment.

Ha...I found this a bit disturbing to look at and THEN I noticed the title. So I went from being disturbed to really feeling sorry for her. She really ran herself to her limits, very good capture and well spotted. The touch between the two is class and makes so much emotion into the shot

The title absolutely put this into perpective. GREAT capture of the emotion felt after the 5k. You can tell that it is a great picture when you can see and feel the emotion with it. What strike at me is all the strong emotion in her face (eye brows, eyes, forehead, mouth). It is hard to look away, it is very strong. Excellent job!

You are right to sumbit it for rating as well.Since I haven't commented on this picture, all I can say is that both athlets' expressions make a distinguished image.

This is an incredible portrait.

Wonderful lighting. You can see the sweat in her matted hair & forehead.

As a previous poster alluded to, the composition tells multiple stories: Fatigue, Satisfaction, Support, and Caring are just some of the themes captured here.

Well done.

regards,

-Ade
