The framing is very odd, and the HDR-like effect makes it look unnatural. It is an interesting image though...

To me it looks more like a product promo shot rather than a portrait which does not mean it is bad. It just depends what the photographer is looking for. Excellent composition, looks somewhat unnatural probably due to post-shot manipulations.

Overall, great work.
