That's a great look at a bridge very commonly photographed. Did I said I like the picture?.....Well, I do!

Hi Donn. I know exactly where this was taken. I recently posted a version from the same vantage point. Your take is extraordinary with the fog enveloping the far side of the bridge. It appears that the very same fog has caused a traffic jam. Kind of unfortunate to have so many vehicles in the image but it is after all a major artery into San Fran. Beautiful pic and well exposed. I was lucky in that when I was here it was a weekend day and I basically cloned out the single vehicle that was in the frame. Very nice indeed!! Thanks for posting a great capture.

Donn- Great picture- I'm a little scared of bridges being from Minnesota and the disaster we had here but it is a great shot.

You've hit the jackpot with this one, Donn.

Bridges are a verty commonly photographed subject, and when shooting bridges, one must have an original angle. You've pulled it off with flying colours here, my friend.

Take a look at my photo of the Millenium Bridge. you may like it...

Donn, A perfect moment to capture the beauty of this bridge in the bay fog. Everyone should view it "Larger" to see the fine detail in this image. Regards, Joe

Donn...  Your recently posted b/w of this shot (I'm assuming them to be the same, I didn't examine in detail) is very well done, but in this case I prefer the color...  An excellent shot.  While there this year I had limited time in this vantage point and was wishing for some fog, but it was clear.  It was still a beautiful vantage point.... Mike
