The eyes have it... I hope!

Every now and then you amaze, not just amuse. This is incredible! First, love the concept; knocked out by the color. Beautiful girl, and superb styling. (Give your stylist kudos from me). Great lighting and framing, yada, yada.

 

My one bitch, and it is a very, very, very small one is, I find the bit of exposed dark hair at the top a distraction.

 

But, all in all, a hearty 7/6 from me.

Beautiful image David, the eyes do stand out and so does the yellow, i love the face yellow is casting the hues on the models face. Nice make up and a great looking model too

Glenwood, You rightly point out /hint that this was a collaboration with a professional make-up artist. Most of the credit goes to her. This was taken for her to use on her model mayhem profile as a make-up artist. Strangely she didn't use this image but did use others. The model was her friend. I hear what you say about the hair but I think it gives a human touch. Your point is no less valid. As for the styling. The feathers were props I have lying around should my models wish to use them. Quite simple really.

A delicious concept developed on a delicious face. Her gaze is definitely piercing my brain (well, the rests of my brain, you know...) and I must have a special mention to her lips... shape, color, texture, a mouth like a delicate fruit. I agree about the extremely professional make up. Chapeau for you and your studio team, model included of course.

Strongly by the way, who is the blind one that could give a 3 in aesthetics to this shot?? In my no-humble opinion it was a strike against the author, it is not an honest evaluation.

Thanks for the comment. I am aware that this image is good. Self praise is no praise but I am certainly aware it is not bad. I don't pay much attention to ratings although it is nice when you get a lot. Comments are why I am here and I am grateful for yours.

How about getting rid of all the yellow on her SKIN (only) ? And perhaps cloning of a few hair here and there... Then you'll have a very nice picture, I think... Regards.

I really like these intensive and strong colors... Her make up is gorgeous to this shot and the light brings out her beautiful eyes... Great work...
