Very unique and different pose that goes well with the title. IMO cropping the image just below the navel would be preferable as the viewer's attention is then more focused on her expression and the near hand and extended finger.

An additional intent here is to create visual tension. In this foto this is done using 2 high contrast areas, her face/eyes/hair and her pubic hair. If the foto were cropped above her crotch, the subject of the foto would be a very defined facial area (which includes the pointing hand/finger), as opposed to her whole body. The intent is to add more of a "fine art" look than the crop at the waist would have.
