scooter0071 0 Posted September 28, 2007 Nicely done, You seem to have captured not just one but all of the colors and shades of fall. Great capture Link to comment
gerfoy3 0 Posted September 28, 2007 This is really beautiful, the reflection from the leaf adds so much to this one! Link to comment

katzpjs 50 Posted September 28, 2007 Very, very nice! Change nothing at all. Autumn is late into Seattle but we are getting some rain this weekend to help the mushrooms grow. Your image make me anxious for our leaves to start turning. Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted September 28, 2007 Thank you Shawn. I walked out my kitchen door this morning and these two leaves were laying on my sons car windshield....I RAN for the camera! The light is short lived you know. J Link to comment
jim craig 0 Posted September 28, 2007 Excellent Janis, well seen and captured. The colors, the composition the exposure, the reflection and the uncluttered background all just great. Link to comment

jan_piller 0 Posted October 5, 2007 Such gorgeous colour and I love the dark background. NOw I'll answer your question on this photo. I might suggest you turn it black/white. So now you would click on the photo and it gives you options, move photo, delete photo etc. There's an option that says Edit photo and if you click on that it gives you the option to upload a new photo in it's place. Yes - apprently it can be done and I have used it but only for minor adjustments. I agree with the others that you shouldn't be allowed to do it because theoretically, you could replace your photo with anything - but perhaps it has to have the same title I don't know. The problem with being able to do that is you really leave it open for abuse. I have only ever used it when I am changing the framing and not the actual image. Jayme Hall did a better job on the frame on my birds on a fence so I uploaded her version instead. And MIcki gave me some help on my cat's mouse hole, she actually called me on the phone and taught me how to do what I wanted to do so then I uploaded my new version. I have never used it to actually change the photo - only the framing. Link to comment
janisok 0 Posted October 5, 2007 Thanks Jan. And I agree, once posted.... But, I also agree that if minor changes, like frameing or something simple that is not like posting a whole new take should be "fair" for lack of a better word. Thanks again Jan. Link to comment
jan_piller 0 Posted October 5, 2007 And in the case of Jayme's framing - I gave credit where credit was due. Link to comment
