mike_stemberg 40 Posted September 26, 2007 This picture grabbed me from the thumbnail list immediately for it's sensational scenic value. I guess this is more of a personal taste than anything else, and contrary to the 'fad' that seems to be with 'slow shuttered blurred' water movement, which has its place for photographic impact, but which also tends towards the unnatural I much prefer the natural speed of your other photo to this one. Having said all that I'd love a speed between the two images.?! This is difficult isn't it? I'm giving my vote for the other one! Best wishes ~ Mike Link to comment
Amicalement,Henri Link to comment

mallav 0 Posted May 29, 2009 WOW... I simply could not take my eyes off this picture. Esthetically and technically this picture sets standards. The weather was just right for this picture, allowing for that much needed long shutter speed for that fluid waterfall and capturing that detail off the steep valley. Beautiful scene and very well captured. Thanks for sharing. Will be making you an interesting person on my list. And perhaps contact you if i plan a trip to Iceland for tips. Link to comment
