Thanks - Not for everyone - but I like the blending of colors and the

circular nature of the image. Would appreciate your input.

Much appreciated. I sensed that this image is not for most people and I knew it would be scored low but I had to be 'me' so I posted it for critique and ratings. Thanks for your comments and rating. I am attracted to color and form so this definitely has appeal to me.

Hey Tony. It's a good think, let us not look for excuses and explanations. I would try to give a bit more sharp edge to the blacks in centre and maybe some more mass to the pink. To me it looks like a aura radiation from the crosssection slice of gurus back spine musik or something. Invite you to my portfoglio to see Art of Jelly Truck in the greaps of iron kakatoo folder and City graphic in Morgan shorts. Regards. Ilia.

Thanks for your enthusiastic comment and rating. Hope all is well. I did eat some ice cream and I also went to a camera store and looked at all of the deserts there.

Hope all is well. Thanks again for your generous rating. I knew this image would not do well with the majority of raters but as a 'want to be' artist - had to get it out there. Actually it did better than expected thanks to you and a few others. I will go over to see what is new on your portfolio. Regards,

You know well how is working with the anonimous rates... would be much better if people can rate only after really open the image and take a look!!

I find it bewitching and alluring. There is a sense of calmness that I feel after looking at this for a while. It's therapeutic.

I have the same reaction as you to this image. I can watch it for a long time and it will soothe me and I have sense of wonder about the mixing of colors. The only thing that I have thought of doing with this is flipping the image vertically.

Thanks again for the comments and the generous rating.

Well, you know how much I love these. So happy to see you creating more of these challenging images. I've been working on some but still trying to improve resolution before sharing. Thanks for being such an inspiration to all of us on how to expand our experiences with techniques and creativity. Blessings, Rebekah B.

Thanks for your words of encouragement and for your generous rating. I am not really hung about ratings as I was earlier this year so when the first raters had it pegged around 3.7 as an average, I was not concerned. It was an image I could hang on my wall and appreciate it on a regular basis. The only thing I would do is flip it vertically before I hung it there. Blessings to you also.

Tony, this image is electric but calming at the same time. The composition is minimal and lets the colors have centre attention. Wonderful. Cheers. Denise

Met you at Adan's, read that you are hungry.....came to see who is hungry ;-))

Very beautiful form and color, touches the visual and imaginative sense. I wonder what is the source? ( if it is not a secret..)

Thanks for the source. I know what fractals are, and I wonder how did you develop it ? is it from the basic geometric form?

About rating. I stopped using that system for some time now, Sorry. Because with my accumulated experience, it is a bad system of evaluatuon. the 3/3's entering good works seconds after uploading, seeing it in many very nice works, and also the same things with the 7/7... So I prefer commenting, as I think, if it is well done, it is a better way of evaluation. I do ask for critique for the reason that sometime I meet interesting personalities of photographers and their photography, .This is a very nice one ( looked also at the others), I probably would have rated it on the higher scale.

I did this one many moons ago when I was in the fractal mode and I would have to check my notes. There were many formulae and of course a multitude of value permutations. Hope I am able to find them. What I did keep for sure was a large and higher resolution of this image.

I have come to terms with the ratings and I am slowly asking myself if that is the way to go. What I do notice is that I seem to get far fewer comments when I submit for critique only - perhaps just the luck of the draw!
