sonneland 0 Posted September 22, 2007 I forgot Beavers even exist, a pleasant memory from my childhood, thanks for that! Link to comment
jan_piller 0 Posted September 22, 2007 Your horizon is crooked. But other than that I love this!! I also have fond memories of this. I need to go back real soon. Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted September 23, 2007 Hi Bert: This is a lovely, subdued shot that I believe would jump to life with just a minor adjustment of, well it depends on what you adjust with. I use PhotoShop and tried Exposure (increased just a tad) and Offset (decreased just a smidgeon). It brightens the sky and water and pulls out the highlights in the weeds in the foreground and on the other side of the pond creating a more 3D effect. Or not :) As I said, it's a lovely photo and one that makes me "wish I was there." Cheers - Link to comment
bertr 0 Posted September 23, 2007 ...as soon as I have figured out just exactly how much a 'tad' and/or a 'smidgeon' is, I will do as you suggest. No, joking aside, I am grateful for your most constructive comments. Unfortunately I have never used PS or similar.I just use a little of Picasa 2, which allows for very minor adjustments. There I can manipulate a picture a 'wee bit' or a 'trifle'...thanks for your visit...Bert Link to comment
