Phone

I'm not sure why this appealed to me so much. It's just the phone that was on the wall in the guesthouse where we were staying in Nairobi. But I took a bunch of shots of it ... and I still really like it. :-) What do you think?

Lou Ann, I really like the graphics of this composition. For that reason it is one of my favourites of your recent uploads. My 33 year career as a telephone technician may also figure heavily in my bias. :-) The average western person probably thinks of Africa as being primitive & technologically challanged but this telephone is fancier than the one I have, so there! Sometimes these 'found' shots are more successful than our planned ones (though in your case that might not be true) A cursory glance through your recent uploads reveals many gems that require more study.
