jimbakerphotography 0 Posted September 23, 2007 strong portrait, the lighting seems a tad harsh (it could just be my monitor needs calibrating) i'm enchanted by the models eyes, it seems as though she's staring directly at me... i feel like i would have stepped back about 3 steps and zommed in little bit more though... what focal length did you shoot this at? cheersjim baker Link to comment
juliehodgins 0 Posted September 23, 2007 Jim, Honestly I can't remember. I shot this about 2 years ago at school. Somwhere between 24mm and 70mm lol :) I need to find the original file somewhere in my mess of a computer to find out. I just used one soft box and I was standing up on a chair shooting somewhat downwards and from what I can remember, and zoomed in a tad. This was for a model comp card assignment I had. In studio portraits are definatly not my strongest point, but I always kinda liked this shot. :) Thanks for your comments! Julie Link to comment
