kslonaker 0 Posted September 20, 2007 Really cute, Jayme! This one would work well with your paint technique, too! Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted September 26, 2007 It's amazing, Jayme, how you take a candid shot and make it look so totally professional. Did this shot come out of the camera with such a great DOF? Or did you "help" the blur of the background? I only ask because his ears and nose and eyes and the brim of the hat are all perfectly in focus, but the background is SO out of focus. It's great! :-) Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted September 26, 2007 Thanks Kim, I will probably try this :) Lou Ann- I did some PS work on this one. The background was slightly blurred, but still remained distracting. So... I did the magic act on it. This child is so... photogenic, he could be a model. He loves to pose too. He's my dream subject. I have to watch myself, between Ethan & Tyson, I have more images of these 2 than all the others put together. Ely hates pictures, Jake doesn't like them either. Rocco is a little too young to know his preference :) Ethan loves to dress up in all sorts of cowboy outfits, loves hats of all types, knows just how to pose when you ask, plus.... he's such a character :) At 5, it has become apparent he is a clone of his grandfather. Quiet, but not shy, gullible, but not ignorant, so slyly funny, he catches you off guard. Add this refreshingly interesting personality on top of those killer eyes & he makes for a wonderful kid & a wonderful subject to photograph :) Link to comment
