Some girls are so plastic. Look at her. That strained, fake smile. That polyurethane hair-do. I bet "those" aren't even real....

 

 

Okay, enough of that. This is a great photo, and I love the neon blue blur in the background. The odd composition works well.

Yes, Jeff, I do agree, a shame isn't it, when they could be so nice, natural-looking and unaffected?

 

Thank you very much for your kind comment. My concern here was that the treatment was maybe a little too dark. It may vary from one monitor to the other, mine being very clear and bright.

I remember this one very well; it's like seeing an old friend. I think it was one of the first to really draw my attention to your portfolio but I still remember the first one I commented on which was (IIRC) a car (red?) passing by a field of wild flowers. At least that's what I see in my mind's eye now.

Jack, sorry about the late answer, but I'm having difficulties in keeping up with the pace. Thanks for recalling that one. I wasn't quite satisfied with the treatment and decided to do some more processing on it once again. As to the Red Car Passing By, I've always thought it lacked something. Maybe I'll work on that one too again when I have the time.

The blue light has the shape of a robot or a blue ET. Interesting composition.
