Amazing. The way in which you lay the contrast over the image is remarkable. You work goes beyond photography. It takes vision to create the world you photograph.

For the love of God (and Im atheist) get a higher resolution camera. Medium format at least (Fuji 645 rangfinder), or maybe a Canon D60? Your pictures deserve it.

I've always liked your high-contrast desert images. Allows you to work within the limits of your camera.

I've taken to boosting the contrast in many of my own to get this kind of drama (with mixed success ;-)
