gabi_raoul 0 Posted September 15, 2007 View larger! Excellent details, superb tones, light and DOF! Link to comment
skyjammer 0 Posted September 15, 2007 Excellent framing and capturing of the drop details. The only (small) suggestion I would make would be to have used a shallower DOF, so as to further blur the background, and really draw the viewer into the detailed subject. In any event, a beautiful composition, Adela. Cheers, -Ade Link to comment

terrygilroy 0 Posted September 15, 2007 A lovely shot but i find the white in the background distracting. A ruthless crop?. Still like it . Regards Terry Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted September 16, 2007 This reminds me of a collection of candle flames. Nice color, and I love the little waterdrops glistening like diamonds. Link to comment

thadley 15 Posted September 19, 2007 A beautiful image indeed. Besides agreeing with the comments already stated, I liked the water drops and the out-of-focus ("bokeh")and circular light at the top of the image. These compliment the water drops - in fact they look like big drops of water. The light is warm (early morning or late afternoon) which gives the image a golden and warm aspect. And don't we want the image to be 'warm' when winter is just around the corner? When ever I find something like this I will probably take as many as 6 or more images - less costly with digital. The one yellow flower (not the orange buds)would have been my next interest - getting closer, placing it on the left or right side and ever looking to see if the background distracts or adds value.
