i like the idea, but there are a couple things that could make it better. first off, i would move the model further away from the background, if that is possible.

if this was shot digitally, and in RAW, then i'd lower the exposure slider in ACR. the whites of her dress got blown out on her upper right side.

also, it appears that the light source might be a window to her right. you need to get more light reflected back from her left side. or again, move her farther away from the background, and flag the background some. and there also appears to be a light on the top of her right shoulder that isn't balanced with her left side.

these are just things that i would do, you can take them with a grain of salt ;=)
