Mavericks, Surfer & Dolphins

I shot these over a year ago and I was just going through them again

and noticed the three dolphins in the foreground. I had not seen them

before. Thanks for your comments.

Great stop action and composition but the coloring of the water looks a little unnatural to me. Then again, I've always lived well inland and probably haven't observed all the vagaries of seawater.

Yes you made the same comment on the last shot I posted. The color of the water that day was incredible. For processing in Camera Raw I did a small fill light adjustment and pulled Vibrance up to 12, Saturation O. I did no color adjustments. This spot is off Central California. Believe me the green is natural.

WOW it is , A great capture

Great picture, makes any rider want to hit waves. Maverick, where children watch and mountain riders get in the water. The green is a natural color for California due to its ocean shoreline depth, algae makes the water this color.
