Echinacea

I like your post processing treatment of this common flower.The petals are to bright for my taste but the contrast and color treatment of the other parts of the image especially the plant's foliage and the lawn in the background are unusual but appealing. The lawn looks like the ponds down here that are covered in duckweed in the heat of the summer.

i like the angle from which you shot this flower, i'm not a big fan of flower shots but this is definitly unique, i like the fact that yes the flower is centered but centered in a new way... i also like that the focus is drawn to the center through it being the brightest spot in the picture, the lighting looks great on the pic but the highlights are blown just a bit?
