The latest in my Mandolin series. Trying to distill the essence of

"mandolin."

If you give me a "3" please give me a comment also.

Thanks

Would have loved to see the body of the mandolin coming from the top left corner and the neck pointing more up, but anyway nice series

To me this is the best in series. Those that contain full instrument are more I would say "simple". 01 I think just cut instrument wrong way. Contrast between lighted and dark parts of 926 I feel disturbing. Will be interesting to incorporate in this one or generally dark ones hand and fingers. Could be challenging though :) Anyway, this matches my taste the best :)

Nice abstract. I'm drawn to the lines and the lighting on the strings as well as just the hint of light on the top of the madonlin body. This works nicely.

Beautiful abstract that keeps the reality source.I like the diagonal placement on the frame of the cords, with the small one that traverse them, and brings interest to the whole. I like the Mandolin file images in general.

Thank you all for your comments.

In this photograph, I was trying to say "Mandolin" with the least amount of line, shape, and light.

I believe this is the most successful of my mandolin series.
