The subjects are Commodores atop pilings that once supoorted a home built 3 miles off the shores of Tarpon Springs in the Gulf of Mexico. All citics welcomed. Advice is coveted. Ratings are fun. stp 6 Posted September 4, 2007 Good choice for B&W. BTW, those are cormorants. When they hold their wings out to dry, they can be particularly photogenic. Link to comment
kurt2006 0 Posted September 4, 2007 The important thing, I think, is the sharp definition of the poles and their reflections. It's great that the reflections did not merge with the dark foreground. The other aspect is the trueness of the horizon, making sure it is perfectly level. Nice composition. Link to comment
