The light is not flattering to her. The nose shadow makes her face appear slightly misshapen.

A higher angle would reduce the appearance of those nostrils. All that light but still those heavy shadows.. Take a look at the image in greyscale and you'll get an exaggerated view and maybe see what I'm talking about a bit easier.
