I like the graphic simplicity and balance of the two small rectangles vs. the gate . Two suggestions: To underline abstract impression I'd have tried to capture it from a right angle (or 'manually' try to get the lower border of the gate in parallel to the photo border). And you might play with contrast / gradation to get a little more texture to the wall.
