doug_gentry 0 Posted September 2, 2007 R, Nice photo! Love the lines, and the roundness. A wee bit more DoF would have been good. Otherwise a nice viewing. Thanks for sharing. Doug Link to comment
rblaser 0 Posted September 2, 2007 I agree - originally I had in mind something that would fade off into the distance, but in retrospect I think that a wide DOF would have been the better choice. Oh well - I'll just have to go back to Japan sometime... Link to comment
joe-tury 0 Posted September 6, 2007 Excellent pov and converging elements. I really like the tree at the end. Cool! Link to comment
lonebearimages 0 Posted September 12, 2007 Rachel, this is a very innovative and definitely cool shot! I wonder if another way to really make this zing is to crop the first 'wheel', and start the series with the one that is crisply focused? IMHO, this yields a very interesting composition in a nearly square format; and it ends up capturing your concept (i.e., fading off...). Let me know what you think...A 6/6 for this nifty image! Cheers! Chris Link to comment
