henrimanguy 0 Posted September 3, 2007 Excellent composition. I agree with Darren, it would probably be great in b&w. Link to comment
whinterberger 0 Posted September 3, 2007 B/W would be interesting , but I'm fascinated by the many subtle variations in the pink of the bricks. A fine shot in every respect ... Link to comment
hanna_cowpe 0 Posted September 4, 2007 Thankyou all for your response. This subject was a bit of a challenge because of all the lines and angles so I was pleased to see it was so straight. This is a back alley off one of the main town squares so there are garbage bins and other debris which makes it fun trying to find a clear approach. Link to comment
leo burkey 0 Posted September 8, 2007 Thanks for taking the time to comment on my "Death Valley Dune II" photograph. I cut the sky to force more focus on the dune itself but it's definitely a good point. I like this photo both in B&W and color. The strong lines and contrast really make it stand out. Very nice Hanna. I take a T-Shirt too! Link to comment
loldhoff 0 Posted September 8, 2007 I've often walked past these arches, is it Bastion Square? I think it is. Anyway, I've walked past them with the thought that if the lighting conditions are right it would take a good photograph. You beat me to it. Congratulations! Link to comment
