Very good portrait,Pnina.Exposure,light,DOF are very good. This Lady and the other Gentleman, exude contentment,happiness and simplicity, and appears untroubled by the stress and strain of city folks.

As always, there are many wonderful things about this photo. You have captured a winsome expression on a very real woman. Excellent skin tone and natural use of colors. Great composition and handling of the background, which gives us a sense of location while allowing us to focus on her. I'd like to see into her eyes and don't love the way the shadow crosses over her face and down the left side of her blouse. I get a genuine feeling of calm and thoughtfulness from this photo. Thanks for sharing it.

Fred, thanks for your extensive one, I agree about the shadow on her face,but both portraits were taken as they were standing, with a language barrier, and not staged of course. Fela, looked a bit shy when she felt the camera pointed to her(asking permision with my hand....) and lowered her face, so it is the most natural way it could work. I liked both of them as human being very much.

Pnina...for me this is a wondeful photo...and the explanation you give of who she is and the little story allows to appreciate it even further... it's a priceless memorie and that's what's counting...and it's part of the trip to share and get to know different things as well...this is how i fell it deeply...
