That blurred hand communicates quick confidence. Great photo. The composition is nice, but the color is what makes it for me.

The tinning is an ancient Turkish craft.The craftmen tin the copper

plates which can be used for eating and stoning the

meals.Unfortunately,this craft is on its way to disappear day by day.

I like the lighting you got here. The radiance of flame, warmth of the atmosphere and the skin tones of the craftman are excellent. All I can say - it looks 'photographically real'! In sense not necessarily like in the real life, but definitely believable! Good timing.

 

Aside from that, the feel of ancient craft have reinforced the image. Awesome job done here.
