Thanks for the suggestion. This photo was more or less a discard from our trip to England (didn't make the "album" of distinctly English scenes) but, on a second look, it struck me as interesting on its own terms, without reference to its context. Your suggestion is a good one. To date I've been trying to eliminate motion from my shots: going forward, I'll look for opportunities for incorporating it into photos. Carnivals would be a good venue for that, too.

I like the contrasting colors, and the upside down part makes this more unique. Great idea for an action shot. Regards, liz

Personally for me the best element is the title and how well it fits for the image. Got a good laught from it. As somebody allready said, the colors are great and enough bright. Good composition of this maneating giant flower. Kind regards Tero

Well spotted! I don't think many of us would have seen the opportunity here.

The composition just attracts me , call me the stupid school guy using common lines in images to play on our menial mind but I love your line play in this comp. Thank you for sharing.
