Creating a good B/W photograph is always very tricky but you've done a really great job here. It's all about being patient and knowing how to use "digital darkroom" tools properly. I like that strong contrast and nicely balanced composition but I think that kind of photos must be viewed in a seriously large format. 705px is really not enough (it's just a thumbnail) - so I would really encourage you to upload some larger files next time.

PS. The more I look at this photo the more enchanted I become :)
