Evening

It was getting late and this was my last shot of the day. Sigma 10-

20mm set to around 14mm. I wanted some interesting foreground

details but could not find any! What else could I have done to

improve this? Thanks for your comments.

It's good: the texture of the water is a strong element. If anything, I'd be inclined to tighten it up a bit--crop the sky to a bit above the highest cloud. I'd want to keep some of the dark water at the bottom, though, and I like the horizontal location of the sun.

As an aside, we visited Wuxi on a tour in 1984. I took lots (like 75 rolls) of photos on that trip but in they're in 110 film format and I haven't found anyone who can digitize from the negatives.
