Sweet Tooth in Sugar Factory

The juice of sugarcane is boild until it gets a yellow sweet paste. While cooling down it becomes a sticky crust which is sold in egg size pieces as traditional sweetener of food and beverage.

The yellow mass looks wonderful next to the natural browns and greys in the surrounding. The composition is very successfull, with those demi-circles everywhere.
