It appears that it could use leveling in Photoshop by 2-3 degrees clockwise. I would also crop out the bird at the top since it's almost not in the image already. The tower looks like an interesting structure. I'd like to see it have a greater presence.

Beautiful harbor shot. Wonderful light. I suggest you level the horizon, and I wish the gull at top was completely included, or you might consider cropping it from the scene. Nice work, Bahadir. A 6/6 anon. Cheers! Chris
