davidmccracken 2 Posted August 11, 2007 Please don't ask about the title... it just came to me. I guess this is a bit strange but feedback is always appreciated. Link to comment
glenwoodsherry 0 Posted August 11, 2007 David, Very, very clever and creative image, sort of a neo J-Rock sort of feel, lots of attitude combined with studied indifference. Love the high key, low contrast look of the young woman, who is very beautiful, and perfect for this shot. And the bikini top! Man, that yellow is doing some serious popping! My one bitch is that I can't read what it says ;-) For me this is one of your more creative efforts (and that says alot); I could see this as a fashion or editorial image in a top fashion mag. A 7/6 from me. Glenwood Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted August 13, 2007 Thanks a lot Glenwood! I did think this picture would attract more attention than it did. However, I have never been very good at judging how my photos will 'fly' on PN. As for being able to read the bikini... even if you could see it, you could only guess what it says... however, it is not too difficult to guess. Thanks again. Link to comment
glenwoodsherry 0 Posted August 13, 2007 David, Should have known that the mystery would be solved "in the end"! Maybe if she was holding her top, instead of wearing it, you might have gotten more reaction. Whatever. It is still a great shot, very creative, and I enjoyed it. Cheers, Glenwood Link to comment
blackdogstudio 1 Posted August 24, 2007 All that's missing is the yellow "Caution Tape", my friend. She can electrify me anytime!!! Regards. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted August 25, 2007 Yes Kelvin. She is quite electrifying. How about blue tape? Thanks a lot. Link to comment
owen_omeara 1 Posted August 25, 2007 I must admit, this one got by me the first time around. I agree that it is one of your best and could make muster in just about any fashion magazine. I agree with a previous comment about the striking yellow in the top and the dramatic high key of the model's body. A bit more pop in the stripes on the shorts would be icing on the cake, like this one does not have enough icing already. Bravo for this one mate and I am sorry my decaying mind let it slip by this long. You might run with tis idea a whileand see where it goes. -Owen Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted August 25, 2007 Thanks a lot Owen! As you know, I don't always like the photos upload. I did like this one. Knowing someone like you appreciates this is very humbling. I hear what you say about the shorts. I will be back in Hong Kong soon. I will try to come up with a few more surprises. Thanks for your continual support! Link to comment
