Absolutely lovely! Such softness and colors that touch deep into the feelings. Hmmm... This would be a great gift for the husband or wife, on the morning of the wedding anniversary. :-)

Definately a hallmark card!

The composition is wonderful, and your tones are spot on.

Is this with Andrews camera?

may it rest in peace. Maybe this should be it's funeral card (sniff sniff)

Thanks for liking it so much. It took a while to get this softness. Funny It took forever to get that blurr just right and then BAM the color went this way.

This is the same flowers as the other ones in my THINGS folder ;)

Micki, the soft focus and subdued tones make this image soothing and sensuous. Can almest smell those roses. Lovely!

very nice and soft without losing the fine edges of the petals. love the full bloom next to the about to bloom. your framing and cropping is getting much better. hope you find a new camera soon. ciao, J.K.

Just beautiful, Micki! I have to tell, though, I'd like to see a more appropriate frame for this. It's just too "Fine Art" to match with the frame.

I HATE framing things on the silly computer. Hate it, hate it, hate it. OK. I FINALLY went and bought the new ELEMENTS for the NEW computer JUST so I could have real stuff for framing. arghhh

HA HA HA ~ lol

AND then it takes you "time" to frame. BLAH ;)

WHEN really truly you are going to put them in real frames. HA

BUT I do agree I don't like THIS frame. I forget it is always going to be on the WHITE background of PN! blah ;)

Thank you Anthony

This is great--reminds me of a little porcelin rose that my Great Aunt Had in a vase in her spare room that I wasn't allowed to touch...you sent the Fugi off to Camera Heaven with some good pics.

This is very beautiful, better than you average "rose shot"--so delicate
