gerry tetz 0 Posted October 8, 2007 "What does pure joy look like?" God thought, long and deeply. After an eternity, God raised His eyes and smiled. "I know someone," He said, standing up. "Come, let me introduce you." Great shot, Alberta! Gerry Link to comment

gungajim 75 Posted October 12, 2007 Precious capture. It's love at first sight when you see him! A Harry Potter knock-off. Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted October 13, 2007 Thanks, I think . . . is "knock-off" a good thing ? ? Link to comment
christianaires 0 Posted October 17, 2007 First thing i get from it is early morning Christmas. Because thats what i look like at Christmas.. ;) And im 28. lol. And i agree with the rest, one of the happiest pictures i have seen. I would of loved to have been there for the story telling. P.S A knock-off can be good or bad.. But i am sure GunjaJim is saying it as a good thing. Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted October 17, 2007 Thanks for you comments - I think you're right about "knock-off." I might have used a more neutral word like "homage" - cheers :) Link to comment
frits_nieuwenburg 0 Posted October 19, 2007 You can divide photographs into two major groups. 1) In how they look. 2) In what they have to say. This is a catagory 2 case, and it's telling loads. (we in the Netherlands say: "it's speeks bookparts", I know it sounds shitty, but not over here ;-) It does not have to be original because nowadays nothing is anymore, but not a reason for us to make great photographs and this is one of em. <- note period. shuki22 0 Posted October 20, 2007 Excellent portrait i love it,sweet model, compliments Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted October 20, 2007 Thank you both. Frits, I agree with your crop - well done. I'm not sure how "bookparts" became "volumes" across the pond, but I understand. Link to comment
frits_nieuwenburg 0 Posted October 22, 2007 Grin, you (almost) got me there. First of all we're Dutch, and not "completely" bi-lingual yet. Secondly (<- Non US English), it was a LITERAL translation from a Dutch saying... (Book parts = Boekdelen) xxx GreetzZzz, Frits Link to comment
gatzelis 0 Posted October 24, 2007 So many times i wanted to comment this one. I stopped again and instead of it i was reading. I ll comment another time. I want to see the Persons that commented. Link to comment

alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted October 26, 2007 Thank you for your comment. You're right about the flash. This photo was taken before I even knew there were manual controls on a camera. Cheers - Link to comment
