mozgur 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Sunset at pinnacles, three days before the full-moon, so moon is already high up in the sky. Link to comment

mozgur 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Behzad, this is a 60MPixel image, stitched from a set images captured with 50mm lens. I use manual focus, and exposure for these kinds of work. Link to comment
lonebearimages 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Mehmet, I love this shot! I really like how you put this together and the exposure is wonderful. Beautiful colors and excellent detail. I just visited the Trona Pinnacles on Sunday, and took a series of shots. I have a folder in my portfolio. Nice work! Cheers! Chris Link to comment
mozgur 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Hi Chris, i took this one about 10days ago. I made it there barely at the sunset. it was relatively short visit. I checked your Trona portfolio as well. Are they getting more popular? or have I started noticing Trona pics more? Link to comment

lonebearimages 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Yeah, I know what you mean about seeing more Trona photos. When I was out there on Sunday, I was probably the only human being for ten miles in any direction. Fortunately, with all of the smoke from the fire it wasn't as hot as it could've been. It really is a truly remarkable place to visit. I want to go back in the fall, and try sunset again, and then spend the night and see what the sunrise is like. Hopefully there will be some clouds and a nice sky. See you on the trail, my friend. By the way, you really did a wonderful job on this image! Cheers! Chris Link to comment
bergdev 0 Posted March 29, 2009 Beautiful image. The symmetry is great and natural. Your insertion of the moon into the image is well done, too. Link to comment
mozgur 0 Posted March 30, 2009 For clarification, the moon was really there. It is not added. The whole trip was planned around the full-moon. Link to comment
