cherlyn 1 Posted August 7, 2007 Title proposed by Jeff Long for the Song Title Club. A tough title to tackle, I think. I come out with something that I happen to encounter along the street. Hope you will enjoy. Thanks for viewing & feedback. cherlyn 1 Posted August 7, 2007 A pictorial interpretation for the song title Love is Blindness. Thanks for viewing & feedback. Link to comment
bob_belanger 1 Posted August 7, 2007 This seems more like blind passion, but I think it translates all the same. Link to comment
schneekranich 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Sweet! The left one is so good, it could stand alone. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted August 8, 2007 You're right. When in love....you're blind to the world. And the world appears blind to them as well. Great, creative idea. Link to comment
kcole 0 Posted August 8, 2007 Cherlyn, very creative interpretation. Great street shots the left image is superb and I agree could stand alone.. Great work... Cheers Cole Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted August 8, 2007 I have changed the posted picture as many seems to think that the new posted picture is better and can stand alone. For those who missed the original post, please see attached picture. Thanks all for your feedback. Link to comment
mvisionphotography 1 Posted August 8, 2007 Having a dog I think it is totally appropriate because you have ONE of them sniffing the back side (a must for ALL dogs) and one of them saying hello from the front. You could almost crop the two noses with a little heart (how cute) as it would just be so special a picture even that way in a halmark sense ~ ha. I love this for the street value of it (including the other way you did it as it tells a story). The way that it almost stops traffic. I llove that it feels like I am on a CYCLE myself stopping there watching this little "ENCOUNTER" with enjoyment. I do hope they became friends! ~ Great love story! ~ micki Link to comment
rogerleekam 0 Posted August 8, 2007 Very nice interpretation on the theme, Cherlyn. I would like to see it cropped down to the dogs, as I find some of the other elements a bit distracting. Link to comment
jeverz 0 Posted August 8, 2007 What i like about this photo,is; the dogs pay no attention to whats happening around them. If you crop that,it wouldnt be so interesting.Very nice photo Cherlyn! Link to comment
richard hans 0 Posted August 8, 2007 Wonderful & lifelike moment you have caught, Cherlyn, very nice executed!!! Best regards Link to comment

amalsircar 2 Posted August 9, 2007 Admirable rendering of the tittle posed by Jeff.Cherlyn, I agree with your caption too.May I add, when it is a good image, who cares for rating:-) Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted August 9, 2007 You are perfectly right, Amal. I don't bother about the ratings anymore as each has their own likes & dislikes. I will enjoy more in PN with this mentality. And I agree with you Ellen that the surroundings make this more interesting & fit more with the title & my wordings & that's my intention. Thanks all for your appreciative comments. Link to comment
alibek 0 Posted August 9, 2007 The motion captured here is contraposed to the 'still feel' of the dogs sensing each other... and a generous bounce of bokeh due to the shallow dof guide our eyes to the dogs. I think if there were no motorcycle riders in there, it wouldn't be that much fun and feel of a complete work... good to be casual! I like this one very much... and as for Jeff - this is a truly a cool and striking songtitle... I'm still scratching my head off thinking of what to post!! -Alibek Link to comment
