adan1 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Captivating picture with exquisite tones. I find the reflections on the floor fascinating like being reflected on water. Even though this is one room you captured it in such a way that it can be interpreted as two realms separated by the column in the middle. Each side seems to express its own individual personality. On the left the pictures are neatly arranged in a row. It is a conformist and traditional view. On the other side we see pictures arranged differently starting with a chair, a single picture and then moving on to a quartet as you scan the room from left to right. This is a non conformist and unconventional view. Can different views coexist in one entity? As human beings, aren't we always torn between doing what is right or wrong? Link to comment

schneekranich 0 Posted August 7, 2007 what a wonderful shiny floor! Beautiful shades of white! Who cares about the pictures on the wall...? Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted August 8, 2007 Adan captured my immediate impression well. I envisioned this as a landscape with a great tree with leaves hanging overhead and their reflection in the water. Galleries seem sterile, but your shot (though monochromatic) seems quite lively. Link to comment

cherlyn 1 Posted August 8, 2007 Great lighting, super composition, wondeful anlge. The refleciton is esp charming here. The lone chair at the corner sort of balance the too clean & neat mood here & make this perfect. Superb shot, David. Link to comment
