The Easter Island Quarry

The statues on Easter Island were carved out of the walls of an

extinct volcano (above), collected at the foot of the volcano and

either anchored in the ground or, more likely, transported to various

altars around the island.

This one is best in regard of technical quality, but the composition is good too! I had once some of these, stolen from somewhere and made extraordinary abstracts, but I can't find them now!
