Interesting place well captured - especially considering the good detail in the white wall despite the fact that it is in shade. If it wasn't I suppose the wall could easily have been over exposed on an average light meter reading.

Thanks. It was difficult to bring out the wall detail, but I'd have liked it anyway because of the steeple.

I don't know if you are familiar with Route 66 here in the states or not. It's nickname is "The Mother Road" because it was the first highway of that length built in the U.S. It only exists now in bits and pieces, but is highly revered by many for its historical significance. A number of my latest posts have been from that highway.

 

As for the phone, it probably doesn't work. Not much does out here anymore.
