If I remember correct, I have comment photo before, where you have used this technique. For me, it works here better. this photo reminds me of ...not Monet, but something like that; I can see what you have captured, but image is soft and leaves room for my own imagination and assumptions. And of course the fact that photo has restricted colour palette helps. Photo does not look too restless for me. Thank you for sharing this great image. No ratings. a s l a

I'm enjoying the way your work makes me think.

Monet had an affection for Waterlillies - maybe he just liked sunny days and the sound of running water : )

Several months ago, Gordon and I spent some time attempting to align the intentional use of motion blur with a school of artistic thought. The earliest indication we've run across (1911) points to an offshoot of Futurism; Anton Giulio Bragaglia's Photodynamism.

I really like the abstraction in this image and the color. The title also takes it in a variety of directions.
