A couple options for improvement:

Increase depth of field so more is in focus or get closer (or telephoto) and utilize selective focus.

I have tried many time to capture an image that does this plant justice with no success (yet!) Keep trying and maybe one of us will do it!

I agree with the comments the other posters have made. I suggest playing with the crop tool to see if you can find an area of the image that has some drama, or tells a story.
