davidclapp 0 Posted July 23, 2007 In case you are wondering what on earth is going on here you are looking at a reflection of of the concrete slabs found at the Jewish Memorial in Berlin, no photoshop or other trickery. One sunny afternoon the heavens opened and the water collected on top of another block providing the reflection. The front of the lens is literally millimetres from the water, so I focused on the blocks themselves to get both the reflection and blocks in focus. Anyway hope youy enjoy it and have a look at the other images I took in Berlin if you have the time... Link to comment
jorgetagle 0 Posted July 23, 2007 very nice abstract work perhaps needs a little more contrast and color in my point of view congratulations Regards Jorge Luis Link to comment
davidclapp 0 Posted July 23, 2007 Well I cant give it any more contrast, color would distract from the monotone appeal I guess. Link to comment
bretsch 0 Posted July 23, 2007 I concur wit you David, your chose of color saturation and contrast works perfect with your subject; and of course a superb composition. Link to comment
lizweisiger 0 Posted March 20, 2008 I am really intrigued by this image. It is stark and clear and I love the monotone effect. Very dramatic and interesting. Link to comment
