I like the expression, detail, composition and tight crop. Just feels a tad overenhanced to my eye.

The eyes certainly do stand out. I'd consider doing some cloning so it's not obvious that you did a mirror image. It's very apparent on the nose and between the eyebrows. This effect is quite interesting on humans.
