Great capture. I, too, will be filing charges against this creature for the willful destruction of a pair of wool pants. This is one of the best mug-shots I've ever seen.

This is not a moth, this is a butterfly in the Hesperiidae family (skippers). It look like Thymelicus lineola.

Jonathan, thanks for the nomenclature. I really didn't know exactly what it was in the first place, so I decided it be a moth. This guy was about 1.5 cm. :)
