Well, no need to be confused. Same pose, different character.

If it was only allowed to upload new ideas, we could see not more than one picture a day.

BTW: The pose is much older. I saw it some days ago on a German photo site; the exposure date was three years ago. But I'm sure, that even that photo was not the "original" (whatever this means).
