timzeipekis 5 Posted July 13, 2007 I love the lines and tones in the the sand. A more dramatic sky, I think would've really made this shot. Link to comment
je.barreto1 0 Posted July 13, 2007 I understand tim zeipekis but I feel that the sky in this photo is a very good opposite to that sort of ground. By the way, the ground is marvellous with its lines and a beautiful and eloquent shadows / light play. Best regards. Link to comment

biskamp 1 Posted July 14, 2007 thank you for the comments. the question came up whether the sky should be more dramatic. i did consider some alternatives and finally prefered this original version, which contrasts nicely with the darker parts of the dunes as jose mentioned Link to comment
melissasende 0 Posted July 15, 2007 I think this is stunning. Any detail in the sky would take away from the ground. Perfect just the way it is. Link to comment
jefvandenhoute 0 Posted July 29, 2007 Dieter For me the sky is OK. Did you try somewhat more contrast in the dune lines in the foreground (they are so beautifull). Link to comment
