torfinn 0 Posted July 13, 2007 I agree with Antanas, but PN would not allow it. Great colours, composition, and filtering. Something to hang on the wall. Best regards, Torfinn. Link to comment

rogerleekam 0 Posted July 13, 2007 Beautiful color and texture here, Micki. The composition is great, but the way it is rendered is even better. Looks like an Oriental painting on canvas, or on a backlit transparent screen. Link to comment
mvisionphotography 1 Posted July 13, 2007 I think living in Japan for three years is a big influence to my art. :) Link to comment
bartimeus1 0 Posted July 14, 2007 So, you`ve found these plants again... And "Painted" them instantly... Electonical spraying with artistic tags... ;-D Lovely and creative, as your works are! Actually, I too went to see these plants at yesterday, but they were so green and lively that I decided to wait for the better light to shoot them properly. They are this kind of photogenic form at the late spring - at least in here.At what time your sky looks like this? I mean that when is the sunset time at today? It is 3:35 AM and I`m totally tired, but still hanging in the net... Geeky... Maybe I should sell my cameras and computers... ... Or go to bed and think again... ;-D Good night, my friends! lbattjes 0 Posted July 14, 2007 Micki, this is really beautiful. I love the texture...makes it look like a canvas print. I'd skip the mat as it seems off center, but otherwise this is really great. I hope to see this on my vacation :) Les Link to comment
mvisionphotography 1 Posted July 14, 2007 Thank you Leslie, I love doing these and making the texture go with the feel of the wint somehow. I don't worry to much about the matts on PN (but like them for the feel) AS I will frame them in real life. I do wonder why this one looks funny hmmm Alpo. This is from a previous shot that I was working on. They are just now growing and I can't wait till they are ready to shoot again. YEAH!!! Are sunset is at 7:40 pm right now. I could NOT do what you do and have no darkness and no light half the year. I would be a "MAD" woman! HA like I"m not now! he he! ;) Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted July 14, 2007 Beautiful texture added to this to give it more contrast & depth. Love the gradual layering tones of the bg. Link to comment
