That is what my Daughter said. I was really doing it to get a different response but she thought it was KOOL! YEP!

My son won't look at it. I'm sure others will last out at me but the technique I used was very fun.

Very Interesting, I will have to think about this one for a while, it reminds me of an expressionism style of painting and I can not for the life of me pick out the artists name from the dank realm of misfiring neurons encapsulated in my thick skull. But definitely expressionism in style and definitely art work and nicely done.

HA ~ AND she likes it. It is a bit scary. I really thought she would say OVER MY DEAD BODY will you even dare make something like that and she actually said "HEY" I like that.

AND, NO she may not have it to use as her "PROFILE" picture for her myspace. HA

I can see this as a logo or a poster. Very nice graphic image. Add a few swirls and tendrils and it could be art nouveau-ish.

You know there is this thing called "EMO" and we joke about it in our house (since my daughter is 14) and well I thought she might go OMG MOM you made me look EMO. Well she thought it was KOOL (it is cooler to say with a K as pointed out earlier).

Yes, I was trying to go for a art piece or something like an album cover.

Just working with filters and lines on people and how they would work. She worked well with this and didn't MEAN to make her look so dark but it worked well. Thank you so much for appreciating the art part of this :)

Manipulative refers to teenage girls in general. Freeze them at 14 and thaw at 19.

This is so very original portrait - to say the least. :-) At first I felt OH! Then, ah! Hmmm... Now that I think about it. I know SO many young people to whom this could be connected... :-D

I admire your devotion of creating these original and effective manipulations! WOW! I should learn so much from you, Torfinn and Jeff!

Trying to connect with the kids some. Kids will connect to this today. Just like WE connected when we were young with the WILD hair and the BLACK eyeliner. HA HA

The more I looked at it the more I liked it. It is very "today".
