abintraphoto 0 Posted July 11, 2007 Wow - larger really is better! .... Nice detail, great light and exposure as usual Bente ....... My preference would be for a version showing more wood - maybe removing the red and white cloth on the right .... actually cropping to a square might serve the same purpose - either way it's very well done ... lbattjes 0 Posted July 12, 2007 Hmmm...I see what Ken's saying, but I kinda like the red & white cloth. The crop would work well, but I like this original. Oh, and did you borrow that wood from Ken? Can I have it next? Link to comment
bentes_world 0 Posted July 12, 2007 so much for taking your time to come with some construvtive critich - it's very appreciated and I do find it very helpfull. The square cropping speaks to me so I might give that a try. I can't do much to the clothe on this one - but as I have about 123 shots with different sceneries from this day with daisies there could be one among theme looking a little like you suggest. At least I have prepared one more I'll put up here. Les - me thinks that the clothe is a 'girlie'-thing ... fnizzz. I had to try it. The wood is pallets i find in places around me. When other 'girls' go looking for new clothes and pretty home things I go looking for old pallets - and tell my hubby not to burn them in our owen. Thanks to both of you for taking your time. It's highly appreciated. I saw Ken started a new 'trend' telling what he shot last night so I can tell I just did 97 shots with lemons and wood ... and other stuff last week-end... soon to come here when I have time. nadya r. 0 Posted July 13, 2007 Maybe the yellow color is too bright and the left side a little bit dark? But the mood is good. Link to comment
